Angela is an extremely talented, creative, hard working and genuine designer. I recently retired after 34 years of civil service and entrusted Angela to make the perfect cocktail dress for my retirement celebration party. Although, I had no prior experience with her designs, I met with her and share a picture of the dress I wanted and we brainstormed about how to make it my own. She was concerned with every detail to ensure the design was EXACTLY what I wanted and more. The dress Angela designed for me was PHENOMENAL truly. I am a full figured (size 14) woman and wanted my dress to flatter my body shape rather than highlight its flaws. My dress fit snug but not tight just right for a custom made garment. Moreover, the price Angela charged to design my dress was very reasonable. Specifically, I know based on the high quality of the lace and satin material used by Angela that most of the costs covered the materials rather than labor, which is consistent with Angela being an authentic designer, who is more interested in pleasing her customers than ripping them off. FAB-U-LOUS!!! I went in today to pick up my wedding dress and it was even more beautiful than the picture that I brought in. Angela is very skilled at what she does and knows how to adjust the attire to fit the shape of the body. She suggested some alterations to the pic that I showed to accentuate my assets and hide my problem areas and she did a great job. I am so glad that I went to her; Angela is a heaven sent and has a lovely personality .At first I went into a bridal store for a white dress and did not have a very good experience as most of them do not cater to plus size women. Then the thought came to wear African attire since my fiance is Nigerian so I went to see Angela. I am so grateful that I did not go with the white traditional bridal gown. Angela even helped me find matching jewelry and a beautiful fan as an accessory. I cried when I put my dress on, and I can't wait for my soon to be husband to see it! Angela made my wedding the most talked about event of the year amongst my peers, friends and family. My wedding dress along with the whole bridal party was designed by Angela. Her talent, experience, professionalism, and creativity made dressing a party 8 plus me (the bride) a seemless. That's amazing feet considering over half of my party lived out of state. Not one of those pieces had to be refitted. Only a skilled seamstress can deliver without a hiccup.
