Worst shopping experience ever, phrase comes to mind ‘don’t judge a book by it’s cover.’ We went in for Mother’s Day, yes it was busy... by far that was the absolute worst shopping experience I’ve ever been through. We truly were just ‘shopping around’ to find that exact gift we needed for my Mom, I am pretty sure we all do that Yes. What a shame. Not welcoming at all There were three employees in the boutique and not ONE of them acknowledge our presence. No one welcomed us into the boutique nor did they ask if we were looking for something in particular. Approx. 800sqft with 3 employees and NO ONE said hello. First impressions are so important. Shame! My Mom and I both found gifts we wanted very quickly after we entered the store but decided to take our business elsewhere. We deserved to be acknowledged. I was in the area, and a friend of mine mentioned that I should stop by this shop and drop off some of my product samples. Wow, was I impressed! Not only is the shop extremely well stocked with adorable selections, but I was greeted and helped by some of the nicest women. I found a cute Halloween light up bag to send to my daughter who is away at college, and I had such an amazing conversation at the register all about family run businesses.
