I am pregnant in the 6th month. I was in the store looking at some DVDs. I wore a bandana over mouth and nose it happened to slip down for half a second while bending down to reach for a DVD. I got harassed bad by one of your employees(lady wouldn't give her name). She had mouse brown hair was skinny probably in her 40s. She and an old overweight lady were very rude, threatened to call the cops and refused to check me and my husband out. Their behavior could have easily thrown me into early labor. They're hiding behind company policy. I wonder if this really is in your interest to treat customers that way. The movies we were going to purchase were worth 20 plus dollars. Now we will never come back and make sure everyone we know won't go there either. My husband is going to contact a lawyer and sue your buts. Really disappointed. I brought in a box of books that were new or like new quality, most of them are pretty popular. I was told the wait time would be 40 minutes which is totally ok but when I asked if I could leave them there to run another errand and come back, I was told I couldn’t leave them there. I debated staying but have a very busy schedule and couldn’t spend 40 minutes there waiting (this location is also a far drive from my house). The woman who helped me was unnecessarily rude. I haven’t heard of this policy before, usually they ask to see my ID before taking the books, and I don’t understand what the issue is with me leaving. If I didn’t come back they would just have a very nice box of books for them to sell. I felt like they were just trying to get rid of me, pretty disappointed in the experience overall.
