WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FROM PATRICA in the grooming compartment!!!!
I walked in around 12 PM with my 10 pound dog to get her nails cut -Patrica-the "lead groomer" was the only groomer available, but that didn't seem to be a problem in my eyes, considering she was sitting down and not one dog in sight being groomed.
I showed her proof of rabies with my tags and also had her called the vet to confirm the rabies is updated. She refused to cut my dogs nails simply because my vet referred to her as a Australian Shepherd mix and not a poodle mix. My dog is half Australian shepherd and half poodle , she said, since the dog looked more poodle, she couldn't verify that this was the correct dog!!!? Completely and utterly stupid. I talk to the manager at the front desk and was followed by Patricia and her awful attitude joining the conversation I was trying to have with the MOD on duty.
She obviously wasn't going to cut my dogs nails, because of some silly excuse of hers, but what I could of gone with out was her complete lack of kindness and her awful attitude. She is one of the rudest people I've ever met in my life and will definitely be contacting corporate.

I registered my dog for a class, and on the day the class was supposed to start, the trainer called me to cancel because they couldn't attend. The second week, my dog had a "class" that was just conversation and nothing related to training. The third class was again canceled by the trainer, who said he wasnât feeling well. The fourth class was also nothing about training, just talking about dog nutrition. I had paid for an intelligence training class, not a nutrition class. The fifth class was canceled again because the trainer went on vacation. That's when I complained and requested a refund. The store refused to refund me, so I had to continue in the class. Now, more than two weeks later, the trainer has resigned from Petco. The store didn't tell me anything or call me. I had to go to the store to find out, and they still didn't refund me anything.    Read moreWent in for a first fish for our 5 year old daughter. Apparently, you cannot buy a fish despite purchasing everything from the store. You have to bring in a water sample of your tank after 48 hrs run time. Even though their products state on the box to use the specified water conditioner and you can place fish in immediately. (Many products are made this way for tap water and stated on your products at the store) Associated said we were wrong even when I showed him the box and added products.
Also, the same person bagged a fish for another family after they said they had a tank at home running. No water sample, bagged the fish and went to check out. All because they had a tank at home already which the associate said alright and helped them (in front of us).
So we decided to not buy the entire tank kit, food, Accessories from Petco ($198 dollars) and order on Amazon saving $87.63 dollars on the exact barcoded products in total. With a better return policy too, btw.
Petco, your prices are insane BTW.
Your not consistent on selling fish to customers.
We will buy our fish elsewhere and not be visiting your companies...
