THE PARK STARBUCKS* They get nothing wrong here in drive-thru.... really.. ask them to correct an issue... Once they forgot the caramel in a caramel frappe so I had to go inside but they kept commenting how it didn't have enough and they'll give me more. IT DIDN'T HAVE ANY. The next time I asked for caramel drizzle and when I walked inside and told them it was not drinkable because there was more than 1 1/2 inch of caramel they said"Yes, that's how you ordered it. " I did not ask for an inch of caramel that even after 4 sips of caramel and trying to stir,I couldn't get any of the actual drink— but they would stop saying that's how i ordered it. I always order a vente caramel frappe with an extra pump of caramel and caramel drizzle lining the cup. A couple of days ago they did it AGAIN with the caramel and even my husband who works in food service was fed up when they said he ordered it like that. It's the only place that does this. Every other store gets it right (or at least clefts it without saying they are right and you are wrong) and they had it clearly marked on the cup so it just refusing to recognize that having that much caramel is overkill. We'll be going to the store down the street on New Hope and Bagdad as everything at the Bagdad store is just like the pictures on a menu and made to perfection. The baristas are wonderful as well! whole foods used to be my super market of choice now it's just overpriced and it's just horrible there's nothing special about it it's just a shell of what it used to be it just has items that you can get anywhere else for like so much less and they want you to drink some stupid Amazon club 2 to get discounts? Why the hell would I do that? so with the discount maybe the food would almost almost be the price of other places still overpriced. What I don't get is how they can say they're natural when they're not all so they won't sell Coke or Pepsi but they sell all this other stuff that has sugar in it what is the difference it is just such a stupid joke that you can't get a cold for you here at some of the other sugar soda products and other products that it is loaded with sugar oh yeah that's healthier because it says cane sugar is healthier? also the staff is horrible the cafe is horrible it is just whole foods with good 30 years ago...

The shops are fine but oh my god!!!!!! The effing design of the parking structure is awful. There are large grasses that block the view partially from oncoming traffic with no stop signs in several areas. People plow through with out stopping. Once I was sitting in my car with another lady picking up my son from work at Red Robin with my hazards on in a spot where cars could easily go around. I was parked for about 3 minutes total when a guy in a giant truck pulls up to us and starts screaming all kinds of obscenities at us and then parks his truck behind me waiting for us. Truly scary. Bottom line, be really careful here. Shame the engineer and project team that put the parking lot together....
