General admission is fine, so long as there are some seats left if you get there extra early. If there are only three to five rows of seats, if a whole row of them are reserved for the performer's family, ushers (even granted they are volunteers) are supremely unhelpful and shut you down by being passive instead of helpful, and coat racks collapse on people, it's not a good scene. The arist was great. Cheap food and drinks and interesting space though. I guess I should adjust my expectations given the price and non-profit. I'm guess I'm just spoiled by the Englert Theatre in Iowa City.

Don't sell more tickets than you have space for. And provide sufficient seating and train your people.

The owner handle a situation so unprofessionally and totally inappropriately. I was shocked how we were treated and he did not care to listen to our side of the story and what we were told. The issue was with someone else and not us. I will not visit this place...
