Scribe Stationer — Local services in Cedar Rapids

Scribe Stationer is my go-to stationary store in the Cedar Rapids area. The staff is always incredibly kind and courteous, and is always more than willing to help me find what I’m looking for.

This shop has stuff at multiple price points, from everyday/casual stationary supplies, to much nicer and expensive gift or hobbyist items. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for (with very specific details) with just a little time spent flipping through notebooks and displays.

I have to limit how many times I visit this store because it is so wonderful! If you love all things paper, planners, write-in-books, cards, pens, postcards -- this is the place for you! Or, if you're like me, you go saying you're shopping for others, because everything in the store makes a great gift, but find an item or two (or five) to get for yourself. Self care, people! A friend and I started a tradition of traveling to a stationery store (preferably carrying fountain pens) every spring break. With the closing of Anderson Pens in Appleton, WI we were at a loss (and also not driving to downtown Chicago). In struts little Scribe Stationer to save the day! We traveled 3 hours both ways just for this and it was so worth it!! With enough pens and paper to last for a year...we'll see you...
