Illuminations has become somewhat of a second home to me. Every time I enter, I'm greeted with friendly and caring people. Staff is always there to help ask questions. Kathrin is the first staff member I met there, and she always has such a calming energy, yet so excited to help with questions and have a chat. When I was in need of assistance and not sure where to turn, the owner, Stephanie got me set up with someone right away and was very helpful. My session with Laina was amazing (I had a casting reading). I've already seen things we talked about falling into place. My latest session was with Noelle, and she made sure I felt very comfortable and set up such a safe space for us. She was honest, and so helpful to my situation. She was also accommodating to my needs, as I am immunocompromised, and that was greatly appreciated. I've had a few integrated massage therapy sessions with Karen. She's an amazing woman and so great at what she does. I always leave a session feeling lighter and full of hope. The shop itself is full of amazing, high quality items. My favorite thing is that they take requests for certain items if they don't have it at the time, and will give you a call when they get them in. I've gotten many pieces and supplies for my own spiritual journey. And I must say, a few pieces I own now because I couldn't resist how beautiful they are lol. Some people walk into your life and change the entire course of your journey without even realizing it.

When I first stepped into Illuminations nearly four years ago, I was nervous, excited, and full of dreams. I told Stephanie that I wanted to start making candles—candles infused with crystals, intention, and heart. I must’ve asked her a million questions that day… and not once did her energy waver. She met me with grace, patience, and an open heart. She didn’t gatekeep. She didn’t brush me off. She encouraged me. She inspired me. She made me feel like what I wanted to create mattered.

In a world where people can be guarded with their knowledge, Stephanie gave freely. And that moment, though it might have felt small, planted a seed in me that would grow into everything Magical Divine is today.

Fast forward to now… she’s still my go-to for all things crystal-related. Her store is one of the most beautiful, energetically aligned spaces I’ve ever walked into, and her staff is just as kind and helpful as she is. And the biggest full-circle moment of all? My products—my heart and soul in candle form—are now carried in her shop.

That was one of the biggest dream-come-true moments for me.

The shop part is great with a really good collection of crystals and such and prices are very reasonable. However, I had a massage there awhile back and my therapist was snarky which really took away from the experience and my massage was mediocre. I went in for a psychic/ medium reading and don't feel it was authentic. She had no insight as to what I am going through in my life. Asked a lot of personal info and details which I don't think real psychics do during a reading. I don't feel I have any more answers than I did when I walked in. I brought a trinket from my loved one and she was not able to tap into anything related to the medium part of the session. I am very disappointed because I have waited months for this appointment and left completely...
