Kismet Coffee & Bloom — Restaurant in Cedar Rapids

After visiting a cool coffeeshop elsewhere, I was left wondering why amazing coffee shops always have to have an air of pretentiousness about them. I realized that Kismet is one of the few places that gets it right on all fronts. They treat their coffee as an art, which perfectly compliments the stunning interior. It doesn’t try to emulate other shops, it’s completely charming with a personality all its own. The florals are unique and signature to them. The (I assume) owner-operator is always personable and patient, and I genuinely feel valued after I leave. My only complaint is that I don’t get there more often! Where to start with this place + the wonderful humans who run it?! Coffee is next level- specialty drinks are always a beautiful blend of coffee, sweetness and originality. Crunchberry coffee is a must try!

Floral arrangements are another true work of art- stunning selection each time. I love how they offer several bouquets sizes as well as a flower bar to build your own.

The sweet humans behind this operation are part of what keeps me coming back, though. Love the kind energy I’m greeted with each time I walk in the door. They truly love what they do & it shows!

This place is DEFINITELY a Vibe!!! If you want great coffee, lattes, and beautiful spirits, atmosphere and ambiance, you HAVE to check out Kismet. I mean, coffee, and fresh beautiful floral bouquets!? The inside is absolutely divine! You can be having the absolute worst day ever and walk into Kismet and all of a sudden all of your worries, or anger or anxiety will just leave you and melt away.
