Cherry Building — Local services in Cedar Rapids

I love the local businesses inside, but I would caution anyone from renting space here. The building manager is incredibly difficult to work with, intrusive, and rude. I have not personally rented space at this building, but worked in a business that rented space. It's also quite pricey to rent. You can get better/bigger spaces elsewhere in town. I cannot stress how rude every interaction has been with the property manger. She's even commented on my friend's weight as she was carrying things up the stairs to her office. I had the pleasure of visiting the Cherry Building today, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The building itself is stunning, with incredible artwork throughout. I actually stumbled upon it while searching for a gift shop, and what a delightful surprise it was!

The Cherry Building is a haven for creative minds, featuring photo studios, a ceramic studio, and three floors of fascinating art on display. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring this gem and can't wait to share my discovery...

I was introduced to this amazing place a couple weeks ago. The hallways are perfectly paneled, art work lining the walls throughout. Old wood gated elevators, and welcoming smiles within businesses.. Greatly enjoyed the shop with knowledgeable staff about the rocks and energies they emit. Thank You for such an eye opening...
