Level 10 — Local services in Cedar Rapids

Our boy Jordan had our back from start to finish! I sent an email request and he was on the phone with me in an hour. We had a relatively large order for our company with a few complications and he held us up through every step of the process, including helping to create specialized coupon codes for some of our more complicated orders.

The clothes were incredible, our people are in love with the quality and the distressed logo designs, but Jordan was our star throughout all of this. My VP and I showed up to pick up our order, but he wasn't there. After the front desk shot him a message, he ditched his lunch-hunt and was walking through the door within minutes. This guy rocks. Can't wait to work with him and this company again in the very near future....

Level 10 has been great to work with. I went into the store after the apparel company I was working with had a family emergency and couldn't complete my order. I was crunched for time to get an online store up with designs for our nonprofit fundraiser. Jordan was able to get everything sorted within a week. Curt did a great job on creating the design and it went very smoothly. I was really impressed when I went to pick up the orders as they were all separated in plastic bags and packaged neatly. Level 10 has been excellent to work with! I contacted Jordan, late in the afternoon the day before the 4th of July needing help with shirts for our race team and he was happy to help us out. He worked quickly to get our store up and going by the next week. The options he provided were excellent and gave our fans so many choices! We had several people remark that they had a hard time picking what they wanted! Jordan was great thru the whole process and was always available for my questions!
