I use chick fil a all the time to get my protein in from the gym. I often become signature member so you’d think they would want to offer service well. Working from home today so I ordered through the chick Fil a app and had to use door dash unfortunately. I ordered a coffee, burrito, and chicken minis for cheat day. When it came, the coffee had no stick over the lid like the food bag does so I have no idea if door dash drivers would of opened it and drank out of it, etc. so I had to throw that away. You’d think they would if they do it on the bag of food…but chick fil a doesn’t. Then as I opened my bag I was missing my burrito. Granted I used my chick fil a reward points to pay for all of these items besides the coffee. Because again I go here all he time I had enough points. I called chick fil a they said they won’t do anything and contact door dash. Called them and they said I need to contact chick fil a but will put in a request for chick fil a to accept/deny my points back.
I used to be a manager in retail for a long time and even worked at chick fil a once. It just sounds like chick fil a isn’t taking care of thid. The girl I talked to on the phone who said go to door dash we can’t do that didn’t even know that you can order chick fil a through the app that could be delivered by door dash so that just also makes me feel like she doesn’t know what she’s talking about and wish I could go spoke to somebody else
Also the girl on the phone in the first conversation went and asked if they put a burrito in the bag. She said they did. Idk how you can just go ahead and trust them like that. They put food in bags all day and how can they possibly remember every order. Plus when I got my bag as I mentioned earlier they cover the bag with a sticker. The sticker had 0 RIPS. Which means, no chick Fil a never put it in the bag in the first place. Ridiculous… lost my points for nothing and lost money...
Read moreThe new owner made a public post with her family's photo on Facebook (which within itself is unprofessional in my opinion) introducing herself. In the end of the post she apologized and thanked people for having patience with her "brand new team" I commented, having it be a very public post. "The wording "brand new team" makes it seem like you canned everyone when you took it over and did a mass rehire" they replied but didn't leave it long enough, before deleting my comment. I commented again saying "I didn't get the opportunity to see your response before you deleted my comment, I'll support the other locations instead" she has since blocked me from the entire chick fil a page. Apon looking at the Facebook reviews prior to me being blocked someone else commented about how they fired their whole staff. What's wild to me is this isn't out of the normal for a new owner to do. But to go online and gloat about it, and ban people from your FB that eat at your establishment more often than not, is not a good impression. I have worked on the food industry for my whole life and I will be passing this information on to the support local group. This also explains why the last time, I was in the take out line for...
Read moreThis chick-fil-a has horrible customer service! I've been there several times and each time they've gotten our order wrong which in return adds 15+ minutes to get the correct order. It would be okay if this happened once out of the several times we've been there but it happens EVERY TIME. The employees are unhelpful and unprofessional. To top this off the last time we were there waiting we witnessed a deaf couple trying to order through notes. The employees continuously ask the same vocal questions to the couple who clearly could only communicate through sign language and notes. The frustrating situation the employees put the couple in was completely inappropriate and totally unnecessary. Not an ADA friendly business. I will never be returning.
EDIT: The picture below is what a the typical encounter looks like at this Chick-fil-A - employees on their phones (behind the counter), employees hundling up while having non-working conversations, and a few straggler employees trying to take orders and...
