Corner Closet — Local services in Cedarburg

I love my visits to Corner Closet, with its wonderful mix of consignment and really cool brands of new clothing & footwear from around the world. The bespoke artist-created jewelry is fun, unique and special. Great merchandise aside, I was really impressed with the sales associate, Faith, who I encountered on a recent visit. This young woman radiates joy and friendliness, is clearly knowledgeable and enthused about her job and goes out of her way to assist customers in a manner that serves them best, as observed by how she greeted and interacted with myself and other customers. I found her to be attentive, without hovering until more assistance was needed. She took the time to find out what I had in mind. I had brought in a long, vintage skirt I want to wear to an upcoming wedding in Chicago and was really impressed with all of the suggestions she had for the perfect top or jacket to go with it. She had me trying on items I would have never picked out for myself with her sharp eye for fashion and sophistication. And she was "spot on" with her suggestions! When one beautiful jacket proved to be too pricey for the budget I had in mind, Faith immediately helped me consider other possibilities in the store, and showed an impressive familiarity with all of their merchandise from new to gently pre-owned. I ended up purchasing a very unique, asymmetrical sweater that frankly looked pretty wonky on the hanger and proved to be absolutely stunning on, along with an artist created bracelet to add just the perfect final touch. Perhaps most telling of all, Faith was so clearly genuinely happy to have played a part in the hunt and proved to be just as pleased (if not more so) with the final result. She said it made her day!...
