We come to the Chick-fil-A often. Usually they do well but when they do mess up, it is such a fight and runaround to get Their mistakes on your order corrected. Especially whenever we order a salad. My girlfriend always asks for Avocado Lime Ranch with her salad. The first time this happened she got home and realized it wasn't in the bag. We drop back and ordered some fries and asked for a ranch. They said no because "they can only give the avocado lime ranch if you radrer a salad". We mentioned that they didn't give it with the salad she'd just gotten. They took a few seconds and said "we'll see what we can do, pull forward". We got to the window, we checked the bag and the ranch still wasn't in there. We said to them again at the window about the ranch and they gave us a look and handed it to us. We leave and realize that they charged us for a number sandwich and threw it in the bag and on the receipt charged for a sandwich and sub itemed a ranch that they still didn't put in the bag. I drove back and told them they can have the sandwich, I want our money back, and it's ridiculous you'd charge $6 for an item not asked for just to hand off a ranch you didn't put in the bag earlier nor with the charged item. They refunded the sandwich off the tick and told me I can keep it, so I put it in the trash instead of them doing that part of their job as well.
Today was the 5th time the ranch has not been put in the bag. We'd started checking the bag every time before we leave. As my girlfriend is looking through the bag, the guy at the window seems impatient. She says, "can I have my ranch I ordered with the salad?" He says okay. He comes back with a handful of small regular ranch packets. She corrects him telling him she wanted the Avocado Lime Ranch that she ordered with her salad and that comes with salads. He goes back and still has the same goofy smile as he's flopping the ranch packet around and hands it off. We ask why this consistently happens with the Avocado Lime Ranch. He just smiles and says "I'm sorry, I don't know". We asked again because we seriously just wanted to know what the problem was. Same answer and response given.
It's always a fight to get them to correct their mistakes. But also today along with having to explain to them about the ranch, I realize they gave me a no.1 sandwich regular instead of the deluxe I ordered. And they didn't give us a receipt.
We've tried explaining to them the issues and have spoken to a manager, who is has done the mess up himself 2 out of the 3 times he's been there for the mess up. Again, this specific problem has happened 5 times to Us in 3mo, and it's just becoming so ridiculous at this point that they are fighting to give a ranch packet and doing so much stupid stuff to runaround avoiding it. I wanted to write this review before I escalated the ridiculousness, just to let others know not to go through this location or it will honestly just ruin your day with how stupid the characters at this...
Read moreFor years I've raved about every Chick-fil-A I've ever been to, which are many, coast to coast. I've come to expect that same welcoming hospitality whenever I walk into a Chick-fil-A restaurant, because it's been such a consistent experience over the years. Well I guess the disappointment was bound to happen sometime. The girl at the counter was pleasant enough, seeming new to the position, but things just went downhill from there. I walked in at 9:30pm, accustomed to the always surprisingly fast service. After 12 minutes I began to get up and ask if I missed my name being called, as the other two busy tables were already eating on my arrival. A young man then approached with a bag, and read my name. I mentioned that I had chosen the "dine-in" option that was offered. He said they don't provide trays after 8pm, dropping the bag and walking away. At this point I considered myself fortunate just to have found a somewhat clean table, now noticing how much trash was under most of the dirty tables in the restaurant, while three to four employees goofed around behind the counter. I now tried to eat quickly, which I don't enjoy doing, as I knew the dining room closed in about 15 mins. As if I wasn't there, most of the lights were shut off at 9:59. I got the hint, hearing the staff mention they were just waiting for me to leave... I guess when you patronize as many Chick-fil-A's as I have over the years, your bound to find the bad one someday. I'd like to think that this was just a rough day at this location, but somehow, I...
Read moreI don’t ever leave reviews I worked at chick fila through college, multiple locations under multiple owner operators. I’m livid the way they just treated me. I messaged the owner Daniel on LinkedIn with an in depth description of my experience where my order was completely wrong, also treated disrespectfully by his assistant manager. I never got a response and as it turns out, he blocked me.
I have had a handful of issues at this location, but have continued to support their business, giving them the benefit of the doubt; blaming it on short staffing, issues with the pandemic, etc.…
The most recent situation however, has solidified my choice to no longer support this particular location:
I ordered a spicy sandwich no pickle , no butter. The order came with no bun and just a filet.. Upon returning home, and realizing that my chicken sandwich did not have a bun, I called to see if they could make this right and i was told multiple times that I the customer ordered it this way and there was just nothing they could do. If i could give this store negative...
