I wanted to share my experience with this catering service. Grab a cup of coffee and take a seat; its going to be a minute. I had my wedding planned out with another catering company. Then with less than a week before my wedding I realized that catering company and me would not work. The bride (me) began to panic. No cater meant no food. How on earth was I about to feed all my guests with no cater? Then I found out about Brock Masterson's catering and WITH LESS THAN A week's notice they jumped on the chance to make my wedding perfect. One more time, they had less than 1 week to feed my entire party! I took longer than that to pick out the perfect dress. These guys and gals are pros. No matter my request or desire they handled it like a champ. No complaints, no attitude, and definitely no more stress for this bride. Oh, and the food! I still dream about those roasted potatoes! My guest kept coming up to me telling me the salmon was the best thing they ate! The best part was that my groom and I have an inside joke about our unconditional love for Sprite and they made sure we had plenty of it for our wedding. Very thoughtful. Rick and Traci catered my daughter's wedding in Early September. Everything from the initial meetings to the clean up was above and beyond. The folks at Brock Masterson's were both professional and fun to work with. Traci was incredible. Her sage advice and attention to detail made our planning so easy. She and rick really helped us focus on what we really wanted and over delivered on every aspect. Chef Rick provided a wonderful appetizer/ charcuterie table for the attendees during the wedding pictures. Also, their reception dinner was magnificent. We were getting comments about the great food service throughout the reception, and we continue to get them to this day. As good as the set up and service was, their cleanup was even better. Wow and WOW! Brock Masterson's is a top-notch, professional and all around class act! I have worked with catering companies all over the country and Brock Masterson's is tough to beat. Traci and Chef Rick were very responsive from the very first call to the day of the event. They took the time to understand my event and my audience and they helped me craft the perfect menu options. What really impressed me was the day of the event. Traci is a take charge kind of gal and I had such peace of mind and security that I was in good hands. She made it easy for me.
