The chocolates are delicious and well worth the money. The service this evening was unacceptable. I arrived before a man they all clearly knew, and both proceeded to wait on him while I stood there. After he left I was greeted and when asked if they could help, said yes I wanted to buy chocolate in the large red heart box $42.95. I was told the box now is separate ($20.00 something & $8.00 for small) and you pay separately for each piece of chocolate. She explained, they had to do that to 'stay in business'. I said I'd use my own heart box, so she bagged 18 or so chocolates. When I asked her for a box (their white box), she complied, handed it to me and asked if I wanted a bag. Why wouldn't you treat every purchase and person the same? I called to share my disappointment she hung-up on me. For over 10 years, I've brought my Dad here so he could buy chocolates for my Mom. When he died, I wanted to carry-on his tradition. It wasn't just Valentines Day, it was Anniversary and Easter too. No small town customer care or service any longer, unless you are...

I have been here many times for last minute birthday gifts because I procrastinate. I took my beautiful mother yesterday😍 She was a kid in a candy store. Her favorite was the amaretto chocolates, cherry, and covered marshmallows. The dried oranges dipped in chocolate and the strawberries are insane! Their chocolate is a mix of dark and milk.
