I bought a gift card from Eddie Bauer 3 weeks ago for a birthday gift to my father. A couple days after my dad went to try and use the card they told him their systems were down and couldn't use any gift cards to buy clothes. It's been over 3 weeks since then and we were told today by the store manager that the new systems are still transferring and they have no idea when we will be able to use our gift card. I was hoping for a little more of an "outlet" type of discount structure but on the other hand, the staff was very professional and didn't give off that "outlet" vibe.
