Polo Ralph Lauren Clearance Factory Store — Local services in Centralia

Gold mine! One of only 2 Ralph Lauren Clearance stores in the US. Everything in the store was 50% off of pretty low prices, my wife was buying selvedge denim Jean's originally priced at 169.00 for $15 a pair! And the manager said the whole store has been at 50% off for 2 months!! It was not a holiday sale! This is like the old school outlet stores of yore, maybe some purchase product, but also tons of discontinued items, store returns and overstock! They also carry some Double RRL products! Looking at other reviews, I can only assume we got lucky, plenty of sizes, crammed racks, super helpful sales people too! What a fun shopping experience, will definitely return!

I have nothing but positive words to say about this location. I have been shopping here for years and am always impressed by the customer service and prices. Unlike many of the other Polo Ralph Lauren factory outlet stores, this location is one of a small handful of locations that are "clearance stores". This location recieves already low priced clearance merchandise from outlet stores and then applies a deeper discount on top of the already great prices. Shoppers should know that all sales are final as it is posted through out the store, which isn't a bad thing, just proceed...

Beyond poor customer service.

Went on a weekday and there is hardly any customer in store. So excuse there for too busy.

No greeting, coming in even though the sales made eye contact.

No staff no where in sight when you are shopping. I see other customers scanning around the store for staff member as well.

The cashier gave you attitude as if you are interrupting her important...
