I used one of these so called "tax professionals" Marianne Smith and she told me she could do my old 2009 S-Corp taxes for $750 and said it ready to be delivered at 6PM the next day. I called to verify the taxes were ready for me to pick up at noon the next day and she was unable to get into 2009 software system but it would be ready hopefully by 8PM before she left for the day. I called the office and reached her secretary who told me that she left for the day and the tax return still wasn't done. I called the following day for an update and she said the same thing, they couldn't get into the software. I then called up yesterday for Marianne but she wasn't working and I requested another tax professional to do my return. I was put on to their manager who then quickly told me that I couldn't be helped and that she was already with a client. When I went to the office in person I was directed to another "tax preparer" who couldn't do anything about it and laughed off the fact he couldn't access the system either. Every person working here has a different opinion how to do you taxes and when you ask for someone specific they're off for the week or the @#$(*@!g month. Do your self a favor and pay extra for a real tax accountant or if you're too broke get Turbo Tax Business Profesional. Never trust your taxes with idiots who work there part time for extra cash and only do this for a "gig"...

If there was a zero I would pick zero. I have used H&R until I had my taxes prepared by Sevilay. She charged me extra without notifying me and received the money directly from my returns. I called and she was not responsive to the issue and told me to wait a year to get a discount on the following year's tax preparation. I called and talked to the office with the supervisor and even the headquarter, and they did nothing to solve this issue. 2 years later the IRS is questioning one of the items in her tax preparation (and that is the very first time I am experiencing in my work life) and I called in to get a representation as stated in the signed agreement and I was told I should do it myself. I would never recommend Sevilay or this office who supports all her wrongdoing for their customers for tax...
