Swarovski Los Cerritos — Local services in Cerritos

Note: I did not shop in store, this was an over-the-phone experience. I had purchased a cute crystal mouse online, for pick up at this location. We drove all the way to Arizona before we realized that we forgot to pick it up! So we called in and Laura was very kind and helpful, getting us to Kyra/Kiera(?) who helped us cancel and refund the original order, and then go through a process to get it shipped to our Arizona address.

We were super worried that we would be out of luck because it was out of stock online and none of the stores had it in stock AND it was the Sunday before Christmas. But Kyra/Kiera did some magic and it'll get here by 12/23!

A few days later, to make things more difficult, we had to get the tracking number - but Kyra/Keira was off on her day off! This time, Laura helped us find Myra (who does not usually work at this store) who happily helped us and confirmed the shipping information and tracking number.

All in all, this was a 5 star experience and their care and professionalism SAVED CHRISTMAS.
