I have purchased a television and Sonos System at Lowe’s and I will be a loyal customer forever!! I had always purchased at large stores like Costco in the past thinking I will save money but that was not the case at all. Lowe’s offer competitive pricess and the quality of inventory and customer care is the reason I will always shop here! I am technologically challenged senior citizen and everyone is so helpful and for a small fee they will deliver and install even a very large TV. Lowe’s has excellent products. Our television died right after my wife had knee replacement surgery which was the worst time for us not to have a television. I called Lowes and the salesman explained all options in detail and I felt comfortable enough and ordered a Samsung right over the phone. Just as important as the product is the outstanding installation service. The installer arrived at my house on time, was extremely helpful, courteous and answered all our questions.
