After Apple said they couldn’t fix my husbands phone or get it to turn on they sent me to a local data recovery company who instantly told me they couldn’t do anything,had to send it out and could cost me thousands. I found Tech Ed Solutions online and gave them a call. KJ listened to me, explained what he can do/try and approximate cost. To be honest I was cautiously hopeful as I figured if Apple said they can’t do anything and the place they sent me to wasn’t helpful I wasn’t sure how much KJ could do. But I needed to get the photos off the phone as it was every photo my husband had taken since 2010. So I drove the 2 hours down to KJ and I am so EXTREMELY HAPPY I did. Not only did KJ get the photos off the phone he was able to get the phone to turn on again. All for an extremely affordable price. I was THRILLED, ECSTATIC, AND GRATEFUL. I can’t say enough about KJ and his skills. He was super Friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to call him over sitting at Apple for another 3 hours for any of my technical needs. I will be recommending him to anyone and everyone I know. And expressing HE is definitely worth the drive (which might I add is less than the time spent traveling to and waiting at an Apple Store!). My wife and I went to Simply Mac and it was closed. After going to Verizon for help couldn't et the help we needed, we found out that that the former manager of Simply Mac Opened up his own store that any people have been going to. The staff is amazing they are patient, understanding and very knowledgeable about phones and computers.
