Bought several items from here for the holidays. One item did not work right out of box so I returned to the store to exchange it and they refused to take it back because it was a holiday item and that meant “final sale”. This was not posted anywhere at purchase and we were not informed at checkout of such policies. I had my receipt, card used to purchase - everything retailers require but they still refused.

Further, the teenagers working behind the counter greeted me on my return visit with “wassup” - I got my receipt and the item, explained the situation and he then informed me about the ridiculous policy. I repeated myself to be sure he knew I wanted to just exchange it and be sure I heard him right, and he said, “yeah, that’s too bad”. Had I known the item was a $25 gamble I wouldn’t have purchased.
