Timberlyne Village — Local services in Chapel Hill

There are several locally owned businesses I like to go to because they have either food or items that are somewhat difficult to find. There are two restaurants here I really like. Queen of Pho is a family run business with what I think is the best pho in the area. Sage is an excellent, tasty vegetarian restaurant. There are also two stores here I really like. Town and Country Hardware is an ACE hardware store with many objects not necessarily found in the box stores. The other is Crazy Alan's Emporium. Despite the name, it's actually a very nice stationery and art supply store along with some cute doodahs....

I know times are tough. However, if you do not have the financial ability to replace your USA flag, then at least take it down. I have served over 30 years in the service. That flag represents so much to so many. People have died, become physically handicapped and mentally handicapped all for what that flag represents. I know the world is crazy right but I still believe in what our flag represents. This is the worst condition of flags that I can remember seeing at any business. Please replace...

I thought that besides the Food Lion being at Timberlyne, it as a whole is way overpriced...I guess it could be the location of the glorified strip mall...there are several nice subdivisions in close proximity. That being texted when you leave out there is a trailer park right in eyes view ...🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️...overall the grocery store offsets all of the negatives in my honest opinion...nice...
