At pickup time 15 minutes after order, storemanager says: That's the order that didn't print out, take a seat, then she starts grumbling about the many orders she has and takes care of the other customers that walk in.
After I wonder what happens she asks me to cancel my order as I'm not the only one. I would but it's already paid for and can't be canceled. NOW sb else needs to come and needs to change the paper roll at the register (IT TOOK 20 SECONDS) Obviously the"store manager as which she identifies herself ") doesn't have the skills.
She then continues to talk about me as if I'm not there, even lying about what happened as if I have done anything wrong other then place an internet order.
Meanwhile my order shows up as ready even though they haven't even started it.
While this place has a history of sometimes great, sometimes bad service in the past 2 years, I came back to the "normal" people that work here.
But if the management stinks that badly and can't weed out people like her, than the franchise should be taken away from them.

They have young guys who work here who are completely unmotivated and unorganized my wife ordered our food 30 min before we got there, I walked in to pick up the order and instead of having our subs made they made 2 of them and then proceeded to take 10 walk in orders before completing are other 2… it wouldn’t be so bad if this was our first incident here but after coming here for close to a year I can say this will be my last visit the employees are so high they can barely make sandwiches and I’m honestly disgusted by their employees work ethic not only did I order 30 min before hand I had to wait another 30 min to get my food…. 1 star for this...
Read moreProbably my favorite Subway in the area! I recently found this one on the app, as this location typically participates in local deals and specials. Everytime I order ahead here, it's waiting on the counter for me when I arrive. All of my items are there, and I never have to ask the crew for anything. I go to other Subway locations, and things are missing from my order. Never the case, at this one. The crew here is friendly, fun, and they seem to like working at this location. The vibe is always good, and so are the subs and cookies. Shout-outs for "The Outlaw" and the raspberry cheesecake...
