Best Gift Idea Ever — Local services in Charleston

The first time I went with my neighbor who purchased her parent's 25th wedding anniversary gift here. She made their last name with all they're favorite things (shells from the beach, an elephant's ear, etc.) and they absolutely LOVED it! (tears people...tears). I just went back today with my sister to get a special event frame for her wedding. It has her married last name and there's a special border around it that all the guests can sign (instead of a traditional guest book) and the store owner was so amazingly helpful! My sister's fiancé really likes the look of graffiti letters and the owner pulled out a box and went through all the pictures she had to help my sister get exactly what she and her fiancé would love. It's so awesome! I'll be back to this shop for some beautiful art for my house once I get it built and I know I'll walk out ecstatic with my purchase! Thank you so much for being so awesome! Truly the Best Gift...

Older man was extremely rude and obnoxious! Walked in today with young kids and they headed straight to toys they had displayed right at the entrance and on the floor (obviously put there on purpose for easy reach for kids) They went straight to these squeezable chickens that make a loud noise and the man right away started making rude comments about the noise. Yes those chickens are annoying and I would never buy one for my child but why would you sell them at your store if they make you so angry!? He continued to make the rudest comments even though we were trying to stop our kids from making any further noise with them. I was in a rush so I continued with my purchase but regretted instantly after I left. They didn’t deserve my money after being so obnoxious with us. All the other souvenir shops had very friendly people so I recommend you just skip this one...

This is a great idea. We purchased a frame and lettering and were promised it would be ready the next weekend. Two weekends passed and it still wasn't ready. We were never contacted and given an update. We had to call each time. After we finally picked up our piece, 3 of the letters/numbers were not even the ones we picked and did not match the Charleston theme. Therefore, we had to spend more time to re pick to correct their mistake. Unless they have everything available when you are in the shop and you can bring it with you that same day, I would NOT...
