Beautiful artwork, but terrible customer service and follow up after purchase. I was in Charleston on vacation and visited theier gallery and made a purchase of several pieces of art to be shipped back to my home in Michigan. The sales person promised he would ship the product the following week and send an email notify me the shipment was on its way with tracking information. I never received any notification so I signed to call them the follow-up on the order. After weeks of getting the runaround we decided to cancel order all together.
I would recommend if you complete an on-site purchase of your artwork from the Chuma Gallery, take it with you and do not rely on their warehouse to ship it. Was the worst customer service experience I've ever...

Purchased a Jonathan Green print at the City market. We got it home and decided to frame it, only to find it was a picture, torn from a calendar , glued down to a few layers of backing with a wide mat.
