My wife and I happened upon this store as we were wandering through downtown and thought we would go in to take a look. Laurie, the owner, was working that morning and greeted us with a smile. She explained the products in the store and invited us to try the various flavors with the bread samples. There are suggestions on the back label of each bottle for what you can put them on. Some of them suggested ice cream and when I mentioned that she even offered to let us give that a sample try. We ended up getting one bottle of oil and one of vinegar that day and plan on building up a collection of our favorites. There are also other fun treats available in the store. The smoked honey was good and I'm hoping to be able to try the pivoted okra and peaches the next time I'm there.
