The customer service from the cashiers is one of the worst in the Caribbean. Unfortunately, because of its location in YHG and the groceries they supply, it is the only option feasible for many purchases for yachts. We spent thousands of dollars here and the cashiers don’t help with bagging, are unfriendly, and very unhelpful. 1 of the better markets to get groceries and fresh food. Became our frequent place to shop at instead of the Cost U Less, Food Center or Pueblo Supermarket since we needed a wider selection of gluten free, vegan & organic produce/products. Maybe a bit higher price then the other suppliers if they had it, but they had a wider selection and didn't run out as we found out others did.
