I can't say enough about my doctor. Dr. Suneet Kaur. I would dare anyone to find anything negative about her! She has been my doctor for more than 15 years. The longest relationship I've ever had! That is the most positive thing that I can say about Atrium Meyers Park. Now the third floor patient check in leaves a lot to be desired. They will sit and eat, talk on their cell phone, talk to each other, look you in your face and still will not acknowledge you. They will leave you standing right there waiting. There will three people at the desk area, no one else at the window and will still ignore you. Clearly Atrium must be desperate for people to work there because they should clean house and hire people that actually want a job. People that realize it's a privilege and not a given to work there! If it weren't for Dr. Suneet Kaur I would not step foot in there. But when I moved to Georgia I still traveled to see Dr. Kaur. If you want a better review, then maybe you should have better employees! People that treat you better, with respect. If you would like to discuss my review, please don't hesitate to call me. Maybe you should also work on My Chart, that clearly has to be a work in progress. You want us to use it, instead of calling. Then it should be more efficient. ...

Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic was deeply unsettling. From the moment I arrived, the facility felt neglected. The elevator was old and made concerning noises, and I was uncomfortable when another patient, visibly dealing with a foot infection, stared at me during the ride.

Once I reached the floor, the environment did not improve. There was a strong, unpleasant odor in the air, something between garlic and decay, that made it difficult to breathe comfortably. The lighting was dim, the equipment appeared outdated, and the space did not feel clean or well maintained.

When I was taken to a room, I found myself surrounded by visibly worn equipment, under dull lighting, while staff voices echoed through the hallway, often speaking over one another. It felt chaotic and disorganized, and I did not feel safe or cared for. After waiting for some time, the uneasiness became overwhelming, and I ultimately decided to leave before being seen.

This was not the standard of care I expected from a medical practice, and I hope these concerns are...

Atrium Health CMC Myers Park I know I have been there patient for over 30 years. I have had different doctors all have been super and very attentive to me. I don’t want to go to no other clinic I don’t feel like that I will get the care that I need. My doctor that I have now Suneet Kaur she is totally awesome. I could talk to her about anything and everything and even from time to time things it’s not even concerning my health , but she will listen. I cannot forget about the staff. They are totally awesome. My hat off to everyone there. AWESOME BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE AND THE WORK THAT THEY DO PEACE LOVE...
