This is my favorite Starbucks in town in terms of layout, atmosphere, and design. The service however is inexcusable and probably the worst I have experienced. The employees aren't being trained for efficiency and are always slow-moving and seem to do tasks in odd orders. I notice that when making drinks they won't set them out as they are finished, but instead hoard a line of finished drinks on the back bar until they finish everything and then move them all to the counter. WHY?! It's frustrating to stand at the bar waiting when you know your drink is ready, but nobody is handing it over. Often the employees are swinging a towel around laughing and chatting (and not working). I ordered an ice coffee (black... easy) and then ordered a refill of the same thing an hour later. The first time my coffee was poured, but sat on the back counter for over 5 minutes while the barista finished other drinks. Eventually the manager came over and asked what I was waiting for and I pointed at my finished drink and said I was merely waiting for my drink to be within arms reach. Absurd. When I got my refill, and I remind you it is simply dispensing pre-made coffee and adding ice (a 15 second effort), my cup sat empty on the bar while three employees laughed and talked. The employee responsible for making my drink decided to take this opportunity to very slowly show another employee how to make a shaken tea. Why wouldn't that employee just pour the 15 second coffee and get me on my way before starting this process? I checked the time on my sticker to see how long I waited and it was 8 minutes and 15 seconds. For an iced coffee! and no it wasn't because the store was busy. The employees are just slow and have no multi-tasking or time-management skills. Having been to probably 80 different Starbucks stores hundreds of times over the last 15 years I can't believe how frustrating it is to experience a store that runs as poorly as this one all without apology. Eight minutes doesn't sound like a long time, but when you are just standing, silently staring at your drink and not being able to take it, it feels like an eternity. This Starbucks makes me wish I could just walk around the counter, pick up the cup, pour coffee to the line, add ice, and walk out. It's not hard. As I sit here I'm watching customers with grumpy faces stand with their hands on their hips rolling their eyes at the employees doing anything...

I know, I knowâit was nighttime, and I went to Starbucks! But this wasnât just any Starbucks run; it was a little date. I wanted to meet someone in a public place, and since I had mentioned how much I loved Starbucks, he suggested we grab coffee. To my surprise, this location was open until 9 PM, and when I walked in around 8, the place was packed! Who knew so many people enjoyed their late-night coffee fix?
The atmosphere was clean, organized, and inviting. One of the associates (I wish I caught her name!) was mopping and, instead of just working around us, she took a moment to welcome us in and remind us to be cautious. Such a thoughtful touch!
Parking was super convenient, with ample spots in the back. My date (being the gentleman he is) ordered my drink, and the barista, Laura, took our order. I couldnât help but notice her effortlessly cool styleâgold necklaces layered to perfection, a mix of retro and modern vibes. She just looked cool.
I found a cozy corner to chat with my date, and before we knew it, closing time rolled around. But hereâs what impressed me mostâno one rushed us out. The staff continued their cleaning, locked the doors, and let us enjoy the last few moments of our conversation without pressure. We realized it was past 9 PM and took that as our cue to leave, but the place was still buzzing with people.
Overall, an amazing experience! Starbucks delivered on great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a perfect setting for my little date. âââââ

Read moreSo hopefully I can write a good review in the future if I can ever walk into this Starbucks again, my husband and I always have the best experiences at most Starbucks and decided to pop into this one while our dog was at the groomer. We walked in and the two girls with dark hair at the front looked at each other like âoh great we have to take another orderâ as if we walked into their house unannounced. we felt awkward right away. We started to order thinking it would get better but it didnât, they were so rude, the one girl had a mask and mumbled and we could barely understand her she was so miserable and rude, the other one just gave us mean girl dirty looks, I actually have second hand embarrassment for them because they chose to get a job here so you have to have some level of respect and customer service, we ordered and the girl gave so much attitude that we just canceled and walked out. Hopefully they find a job where they actually understand what they signed up for. As a someone who has worked at multiple customer service jobs, you usually appreciate nice people coming in to order rather than rude ones. There is another one down the street with excellent customer service, I feel like their coffee and products cost too much to give money to two people with bad energy. Iâm not paying to be treated like...
