He listens, is patient, and most importantly is able to envision what will work well in an outdoor space because of his many years of design experience, extensive knowledge of design implementation, and his management of the craftsmen at B &B who execute his designs. I've been a b&b customer for the entire 13 years I've lived here. Bryant and his team built the pool that I have and since day one Charles Andrews has been the person that has been here every week and has taken most incredible care with my pool.

My primary contact with b&b is Charles. He's the man that I go to if I have an issue and need service help or need. Charles is also been incredible by helping me understand some of the gear and how to do things if I get in the jam with too much water to little water things like that.
