Zona Rosa Charlotte — Restaurant in Charlotte

Stars only for bathroom being clean and nice attendant. Parking is limited you have to find some on the street. I went weekend of Saturday February 22nd 2025. Bouncer was rude!!!!! I'm guessing he's the bouncer . I lived in Charlotte for over 7 years and have never experienced this kind of treatment in my life . Long story short the club is small with a large crowd. There has to be rules against this with the fire department.

Anyways we arrived early as we came from out of town to visit Charlotte as I missed the atmosphere and a friend mentioned this club. We get tickets online get scanned in and the dj is turning tunes on . Club is empty in left section right section is watching a futbol ( Soccer) game.

Two of my friends grab drinks and they place them on a edge of a table. There are couples dancing between the tables so my husband and I do the same .

The club is getting packed about a hour later and it becomes overbearing . There is no room to even dance and we get pushed further between the tables near the wall as everyone is just trying to fit. At this point both rooms are completely of compacity .

The bouncer yells at me and my friends and the other couples " MOVE". He had a group of people behind him and im like okay move where ? At this point his ignorant self is still yelling move while trying to squeeze through people he can barely make it through.

He then gets closer to me and says " MOVE YOU CAN'T STAND HERE MOVE OUT MY WAY"

At this point I wasn't going to argue as the other couple got their jackets to leave and so did we. Not to mention I'm 5'4 and he stepped on me multiple times and I pushed him off of me as he was aggressive and out of control.

My husband kindly would of done something but I told him not to.

In a club scene the owners should hire someone respectful. Everyone coming to your club is not aggressive or needs aggression towards them just respect.

Two you all should of said something we stood there for over an hour with other friends and couples and had no issues until around 11:30 p.m.

Three this is Charlotte okay be careful how you address people they might interpret actions diff from you as many people are from different backgrounds and the aggression can cause issues.

Lastly if your club has a compacity stop letting people in because just off of how the bouncer acted. The governor should be contacted as far as consumer reports and insurance. Should he had continued and harm me or anyone that would of...

Friend and I decided to have a girls' night and ended up here. Got free entry before 11pm tickets on Eventbrite. Arrived around 10:30pm and no lines at all yet. They do offer coat check-in for $2, which I thought was amazing bc a lot of places don't have that, and you have to walk around with a jacket in your arms all night. There are basically two rooms. The main room had tropical vibes and music playing all night with a couple of VIP sections and a big bar to purchase drinks and the restrooms. Attached to this room is more of their covered patio room. This is where they played reggaeton all night. The bar was in the back, and most of the VIP tables took up most of the room, and it was IMPOSSIBLE to move once it got packed. It's a nice place, BUT it's super small! Like you can't move once you're shoved into one spot and dancing can become impossible. The women's restroom only has about 2 stalls, so even waiting for the restroom took about 30+ minutes. This place would definitely be much better if it were a bit bigger! I dont think I would go out of my way to come back here again BUT if I'm ever in the area I wouldn't mind stepping in as long as it's still early enough to get in free and skip the lines. The girls who’s there are rude. When there to watch a fight and my husband when to buy another beer and one of the girls who’s works in this place instead to ask me if the chair was available for she can use it, she just took it, when I told her excuse me my husband is using that chair he just went to buy a beer, she answered me, you don’t have to looking me the way you looked, I told her at least you should be asking if the chair was available, if you working in this places what the heck are you doing sitting at the chair in your working hours? But this days young people doing the minimum!!first time me went there and I don’t think I will recommend a places with the customers services is mediocre!
