If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. I recently called on today about an order that I received last night. An order that was incorrect and I just simply called to see what could be done. I was greeted by a GM who was absolutely rude and very very hostile. Would not allow me to speak and refused to give me a full refund for my order. She stated because I didn’t call back about my order on last night she would not give me a refund but a credit of $20 on a $30 order. I proceeded to ask about her DM and find out which store or how I could go about speaking with the DM. She was very very rude and quite nasty and hung up the phone on me. I simply was trying to state to this lady what was wrong with my order and I was met with an abrasive response and be try rude behavior. She wanted to over talk me and was so nasty in her responses. This is not a place I’d advise anyone to order from. When the management is horrible you can always expect the food to follow and for me this was the case horrible food and service was even more horrible!!!!! Read moreI ordered two pizzas—one Buffalo Chicken and one Tavern-style. Instead of being informed that you were out of chicken, I was given a Chicken Sausage pizza without my consent. That substitution was never discussed or approved, which is completely unacceptable considering I paid for a specific item.
On top of that, the Tavern pizza I received was soggy to the point that it looked like it had been doused in water—completely inedible.
When I came into the store to address the issue, the manager walked away from me mid-sentence, saying he “couldn’t do this right now” and left it to an employee to handle. If a manager cannot remain composed and professional during customer concerns, then he is clearly not fit for the role.
This experience has left me extremely disappointed, and I expect a response explaining how this situation will be addressed and what steps are being taken to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Michael wright is the only reason I’m even giving this establishment any stars he stepped in on behalf of his managers short comings and re made my pizza a 3rd time he made the situation...

This time, I ordered delivery and the entire experience was horrible. I waited for my pizza and it never came so I pryed my phone from my toddler’s sticky little kung fu grip and the email said my order was delivered almost ten minutes prior. I go to the front door to find my pizza and wings sitting on the curb WTH!
I opened my pizza and was immediately disappointed. I ordered a medium half pepperoni extra cheese pizza. I got some bubbled up dough that looked like someone put their finger in. Barely any sauce and the ants must have eaten the extra cheese, I paid extra for, while the pizza was sitting outside because it wasn’t on the pizza.
I got the pizza delivered because it was cheaper to pay the $5 delivery fee verses getting an Uber. I ended up having to get an Uber to Pizza Hut to have my order fixed. I paid for extra cheese, $5 delivery charge, road-trip Uber fare just for a medium pizza and some wings. This is ridiculous. This pizza cost...
