Highly dissatisfied and feel completed insured due to the fact that I have a full coverage policy through liberty mutual and no one informed me that a full coverage policy doesn't include rental car support. So I had an incident with a deer yesterday. My vechile is in the shop, and I have no way to an from work. Now they did set up a reservation with the rental car company and gave me a discount on the price which was close to $400 out of pocket that I should not have to pay especially when I pay for full coverage. So I call back and ask is there something else that can be don't because nothing is working for me at this point. The agent tells me that there is nothing they can do, and here I am stuck with no ride to work and no way to get my daughter. Thanks liberty mutual for leaving me hanging. Its not my fault no one agent notified me that I need to add rental car to a dull coverage...
