Just Fresh — Restaurant in Charlotte

I tried to eat here today. Stood at the first register and no one came to help me. Moved over to the second register….literally 4 feet away from 2 members of the staff. They didn’t stop the task they were working on. Thought to myself, maybe if I grab some chips, that’ll signal that I want to order. Still no movement to help, even from another lady dressed in black that kept coming up front to do tasks. I was about to say something when the girl close to me took off her gloves and walked towards the first register and helped a couple who had arrived after me. When they were done, she started helping someone behind them. There’s still a young man 4 feet away from me that never moved to assist or even acknowledge me. I spoke up and asked if there was a reason she skipped over me. She motioned to the counter in front of her. I said I only moved over to be sure you saw me because I wasn’t being helped. At this point, she rolled her eyes at me. That was enough. Not one single word was spoken to me. It’s a shame because this used to be a great place. It’s one thing when an understaffed team is trying to help everyone. It’s another thing when you have a customer literally under your nose and you refuse to assist her. All that needed to be said was “I’m so sorry. I didn’t realize you were waiting” or something to that effect. I left and spent my hard earned money elsewhere and I encourage the same...

I wish I could do more specific ratings instead of a generalized one. The service I received was incredible. However the food for the price is rather expensive in my opinion. My husband and I ordered takeout, two combinations, and an order of sweet potato fries for a grand total of $30. We each got A cup of soup, him a wrap and me a salad. He also got an order of sweet potato fries. The soups had zero flavor, and the noodles from the chicken noodle soup were extremely mushy. The chicken breast in the soup was dry if that’s even possible. My husband had the broccoli cheddarAnd stated it was water down with no flavor of cheddar. I got the red white and blue small salad and add chicken. The salad was fresh and the berries were flavorful but I wouldn’t pay that much for a tiny side salad again.It was a four dollar up charge for the chicken. My husband got the rooster wrap and stated that it was just smooshed together. Again not exactly flavorful, But at least satisfy hunger. He said the wrap was soggy but still edible. Maybe everything is extremely fresh when you eat in, but our experience with takeout was...

This is my first review for Just Fresh, I love their food but today I was even more satisfied with the customer service I received from Annette. I give her 5 Stars. Annette was very attentive to my needs, speaking to me briefly on 4 occasions, always with a pleasant smile and positive comment. She was also a conscious worker, with a sense of urgency when needed, cleaning tables and seemed to be training another younger server. I've had years of experience coaching and managing others in different corporations and I'm currently looking to hire withing my company seeking people with great characters with experience in insurance. I have never met Annette, but she quickly impressed me as someone who cares. I wish she had the technical skills I needed, I would have tried to snatch her. Now, why didn't I give Just Fresh 5 stars. The reason being is that my wife and I have been there on many occasions and at times we felt the servers didn't care about the patrons.
