This place gets a one star on it's service skills. Unfriendly, uninformative, and just lack basic customer service. I was having a bad day and my boyfriend thought he'd take me out for some icecream to cheer me up. So we go here cause he loves dq. Personally I haven't been to a dq for at least 6 or 7 years and wasn't sure what to get. I decided to get a dipped cone and the menu sign said I could add sprinkles to any treat... so that's what I asked for a chocolate dipped cone with sprinkles. The girl behind the counter asked what sized and I was confused because I didn't know there were different sized cones this was obvious by my reaction even though I was wearing a mask I looked to my boyfriend and say out loud questioning " There's different sized cones?" and instead of letting me see what the cone sizes were or showing me like a display she just automatically grabs a small and saids dipped in chocolate right. So I repeat for the third time yes and with sprinkles. She goes dips it in chocolate and then hands it back to me. I wasn't even sure if they could add sprinkles but the sign said it could be done and if it wasn't a thing they could have told me that. My boyfriend knowing I was disappointed goes once again "Can she have sprinkles" and the girl goes "no cause now it's hard", well yes thanks genius. no offer to remake it. I have been there twice now and have been served and refused to be served by the same rude lady. First time I thought maybe she is having a bad day, also was very busy, but to be rude a second time in a row is what caused me to write this review. The first time I came in and it was the fist weekend of the new blizzard of the month, I saw a commercial for it and then looked it up online. When I tried to order it the lady was so rude and told me in the worst attitude that I was wrong and that was in fact not the blizzard of the month (she had not changed the new sign yet and probably didnāt realize it was August) Not a big deal I ordered something else, just was put off by her tone a bit. Then I go in again tonight 10 min before closing where there are a few other people in line and she yells at me as soon as I walk in the door. āWe are no longer accepting any customers!!ā Again, in a rude loud and snarky manner. I went entered the DQ, the four employees that were there were discussing who got what tips, and discussing who got tips and who didn't. Two didn't have their masks on, one never put their mask on. They were too busy to help me for some time, ending in them talking about the situation while I was trying to order.
I asked for extra M&M's on my McFlurry twice. Once during my order, and once before I paid to make sure that there wasn't an extra charge. They spoke over me to each other about the tips. Even counting the tips out in front of me. When I asked if it was made with extra M&M's, they got upset, putting MORE M&M's into the McFlurry that was already overfilled.
They didn't remake it. So that when they gave it to me it was leaking all over, and wrapped a napkin around it. They immediately turned away from me talking about tips, their ages, who was working that night, etc. The three girls made it perfectly clear I was not welcome, and that I would not get further service from them.
