NEGATIVE 5 STARS If I could give a negative 5 I WOULD... Normally you would pull to any Bo & the line would be wrapped. Nobody in the drive thru & no one inside. I just happened to be coming in behind the 2nd shift mgr. I look at the line, ALL the food is uncovered & old. I asked the mgr abt it, he told me he just got there. Which Im waiting thinking he's going to tell someone to pull this old food & ask for fresh for this front line..... Ummm NOPE! Very nonchalant slow walking & an attitude as if he wished to be anywhere but there. I was told the wait on chicken is 15 mins... no chicken, the sides are not only dry, had NOT even been stirred. A woman comes out the bk, she told me she was the GM w hot pink hair on her shoulders, not a hair net or cap on. I asked her will the sides be changed. Her excuse was I've been in the bk all morning.... So you have NOT checked your line ALL DAY? She said she would change the pans, she comes out w a pan of mashed potatoes dropped it on the line & still uncovered. THEN she starts to sweep, get the dustpan get up trash & head directly to the drive thru. You can't make this up!! I asked abt new biscuits, a nice young man bagging orders told me that he is training 2 ppl but the man that makes the biscuits left early at 3. Hence that's why they had no biscuits. Dark meat comes up ONLY NO WHITE MEAT & no sides & no biscuits. The total care for the restaurant & customers is down right shameful. I feel bad for the proprietor, the employees they have in place to represent this store is TERRIBLE. And even AFTER talking to the mgr, he finally decides to ask me what did I want, after waiting 28 minutes. Ended up getting a 2 piece & a biscuit. The whole team needs training, new management ( REAL BAD) that understands customer service/ hospitality. THIS LOCATION IS POORLY RAN & HAS POOR SERVICE!!! How does a bojangles NOT have chicken? Something you would experience IF this location was busy like a normal one, however this one is a ghost town, which explains why there's no food ready. As many ppl that were working, it should have been clean enough to eat off the floor. ESP w it being in a prime location, it should/ could be booming! Everyone just standing around, dragging the clock & basically stealing the owners money! Close it, do some new hiring & training. A disgrace to the Bojangles brand & that is not extreme, it's FACTUALâź Sorry I couldnât upload...

Iâve had consistently bad experiences at this location, but today was the last straw. Normally, I try to go to the Highland Creek or Charlotte Motor Speedway locations, but a last-minute request from my family had me stopping here againâand I regret it.
We ordered two 5-piece Supreme combos: one with seasoned fries and Bo Sauce, the other with coleslaw and Creamy Buffalo sauce, both with iced tea. The drive-thru experience was bizarre from the start. The employee handed me the credit card machine through the window, something Iâve never experienced before. Then, I watched him struggle to close the food boxes, which was an early sign that things werenât going well.
After passing me the food, he seemed confused as to why I was still waiting. When I told him I was waiting for the iced teas that came with the combos, he finally filled themâbut unnecessarily Bo-Sized them. Rather than continue dealing with the incompetence, I just drove off.
Once home, we opened the boxes to find: ⢠Unseasoned fries in both boxes, just dumped on top of the chicken. ⢠One box had only three chicken strips, the other had only four (when both should have had five). ⢠The coleslaw was in the box with only three strips and barely filled 1/3 of the tiny containerâless than two spoonfuls. ⢠Neither box contained any sauce.
This was a complete disaster from start to finish. If this is how they run their location, Iâm done. With a new Cook Out located across the street, Iâll gladly take my business elsewhere. Avoid this Bojangles if you value decent service and getting what you...
Read moreAs a Consumer, just like any one of Us out here, WE have the opportunity like never before to share out thought with regards to the Service and Quality of Food we all receive. In the past, I would frequently go to the closest Bojangles to me. Over that last several visits, it has become apparent that little is done from a Management level, Owner or Company level. I try to share my experiences based upon the People in the Service industry as well as the established. There are Great and Hardworking people out there that value the opportunity that they have been given to have a job and we need to acknowledge them as well as the opportunities the business itself may have. Today, I visited this Bojangles location and when I return home with my breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised. My experience started off with a pleasant greeting from the person taking my order. He made sure that my order was taken correctly and as I wanted it. When I pulled up to the window, the person was polite, took my money and returned my change. As I pulled up to the pickup window, the next person was friendly and greeted me with a smile. The 2 workers behind the window were on point getting my order ready. When I arrived home, I took out my Breakfast and enjoyed a nice meal. Thank You to the Staff working at this location this morning. Know that You make a difference. To make sure that the correct Team is acknowledged, I am including the date and time stamp of my receipt. 4/4/2023 @ 6:35:45 AM. Please share my Thanks for their hard work and great service. We need to help leadership pinpoint their strengths and...
