Got scammed into thinking this was at least the best option available for internet.. Then got scammed again when transferring services to my new house (i verified the service at my old house would be canceled to continue to be billed on auto pay... then told i could not get a refund because THEIR agent failed to put down notes from our call.. lol) THEN I got scammed again for $40 a month for stupid tv service I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR. And because life has been crazy since the move I failed to notice until the 60 day policy was up. SO because I did not check that what they offered for free for 12 months to get them off of my back seeing as I was at work was actually that and trusted that when I asked if I was being billed for ANYTHING except internet and that they actually cancelled my last account seeing as I brought the motum and router with me and only had one to use, I have lost $200-300 in the past 5 months exactly. I run an online business, I game, and I stream my video content. Internet is EVERYTHING to me! Guess what service they canāt reliably provide in the Concord, NC area?? You guessed it, INTERNET!! Things were pretty good for a year, but for months now I keep losing my internet connection. They verify that they recognize there is an issue in my area, but months later, nothing has changed! I lose connection regularly from a few minutes to hours at a time. Iām tired of it! I put my money where my mouth is and switched to Kinetic! I gave you guys a long time to figure it out. I had someone come to the house and try to troubleshoot, but it did not good, itās your service!
