Should you wish for a fairy god mother… Susan is a real life fairy god mother who is making the magic of childhood come alive for all those who enter the store. Whether you are met by Susan herself or her lovely husband or any number of the women who work in her shop: it is clear they are passionate about keeping magic and wonder alive in each person who enters their store. I am so thankful we made the drive to Charlotte to their store. All of our kids birthday shopping and Christmas shopping is now done at Fable! This is our favorite shop in Charlotte! They carry some brands that are important to us that can’t be found in brick and mortar stores anywhere else in a reasonable distance. But even better is their customer service. They have open displays of many items, and have been so patient and kind with my kids as they check everything out and decide what they like best. Susan, her husband, and her staff are the reason we continue to come back; her passion for making this shop the best it can be is truly magical! Fable is the most magical store I have ever been in. The individually selected and curated clothing and items like stuffed animals, decor, knick knacks, books, cards, etc are all incredible. You can tell a lot of time and care goes into this store and the items it sells. This store has introduced me to some amazing brands (maileg, pink chicken, rylee + cru) and has something for everyone! It also changes based on the holiday /season and you will always find something new when you walk in.
