Do not use!! This experience was so bad I had to make sure I write my review the day after my wedding. When first arriving, our driver did not introduce himself nor did he show us the settings for temperature or music. As soon as the music began it was booming on 10 and let me tell you that was not pleasing for a few of my guests over the age of 65 yet alone the younger crowd. Not only that but the driver rolled up the partition and did not attempt to tell us how to cut the music down. After knocking on the partition to get his attention he kept pointing to the back as if we knew how to control this limo. He finally made an effort to get out the vehicle and cut the music down for us. Before we took off he asked us what the address was for our wedding location. At this point, Iâm really concerned. When we arrived to our location he did not open the door for the guest which were exiting the vehicle. During photos after the wedding ceremony I realized I left my wedding jewelry in the limo and I sent my sister to get it out of the limo, but the limo was locked and the driver was no where to be found. I had to borrow my sisterâs wedding jewelry in order to take decent wedding photos. I was informed that he was in the shuttle bus which was parked directly beside our limo. If he was in there, Iâm quite sure he noticed people trying to get in and made no attempt to get out to see if he needed to unlock the doors. We told the driver we were leaving at 3 to get to the reception. When we got in the vehicle it was extremely hot. We warned him 30 min in advance if not longer when we would be leaving and the driver still was not prepared. Either that or the limos are horrible. We mentioned to the driver that it was hot and he shrugged it off like he didnât care. We got in hopping that it would cool down but it didnât. What puts the topping on the cake is the Manager Emil contacts me as if he is concerned and he made an excuse for everything. He even put the driver on 3 way to âtalkâ this out and that went way left. The manager said it was probably hot in the limo because of the time of the day! So this means if you plan to use their services make sure itâs not in the summer or even fall during the peak of the day if you want to be comfortable. (I purchased their hummer limo and shuttle bus btw. The hummer was the one with the issues) What upsets me more than anything was I spent over $1k with these folks for 2 vehicles and not at one time did they try to make it right. If anything they charged an addition $100 because drop off when over 25-30 minutes. Which I would be obliged to pay if services were good, but they werenât. The Manager even said after the conversation ended, so you mean to tell me your main complaint was the music being loud? Why didnât you call me? The last thing a bride is thinking about is calling a limo service on her wedding day. But I will let you know I had time today! I told him my main complaint was the entire service as a package and if you donât understand that being in the Management field then you may want to reconsider...

I rented a limo for a nice experience for his birthday and that is not what I got.
The driver was very nice and polite.
But the limo was not nice at all! It was old, outside had dents and dings, rust on the outside. The doors didnât even stay open unless someone held them open. The interior was old and you had to push so hard on the buttons to make anything work. The car bounced so much because the car was old and probably needs new shocks. Hard to enjoy drinks or anything while inside the limo because it bounced so much. The tint was stretched out and lifted in places. They limo was extremely dated and worn out and not what I was expecting at all. I never would have thought I would be sent a car like that when you rent a limo. My car is nicer than the limo that was sent. I was really looking forward to a fun surprise for him and I was embarrassed when I saw the condition of the limo. But we all went in it because I already bought tickets for the six of us for a play and then dinner after.
The total I paid was $525 and I gave the driver a $20 tip. Had the limo for six hours.
I am extremely extremely disappointed with the car that was sent. I was embarrassed by the condition of the limo and that was my birthday surprise to him.

There were multiple problems with service that we received but the main issue is that the driver did not know where we were going after I sent a list of locations and the address to their locations. I had to keep re-sending the locations all night. I reserved the limousine for 5 hours. Imagine resending the same addresses for 5 hours. When I communicated this to the manager, he completely blamed me for the entire situation and insisted that I received good service. When I was trying to have a conversation with the manager, he began getting louder and louder. He insulted the intelligence of the driver working for his company and told me that ânot everyone is as smart as I am.â I found these comments condescending. Of course the manager is in denial of how rude he is because he doesnât want to try to fix the issue. All he cares about is being right.
