Booking an appointment, with Dr. Jones or his Nurse Kara, is a seemless process. They are quick in response to questions or concerns regarding the services that they offer. I happened to be ineligible for a service that they offer, which I was really excited about trying, because of a medical device that I have; However, they were able to offer me a similar service that I was still happy about and I can't wait to see my overall results with coolsculpting. I am glad that Dr. Jones was honest and comfortable with steering me into a different direction that offered me similiar results. He is great with explaining the medical processes that occur within my body for setting my wellness expectations and guides me towards the services he offers that would best fit me with achieving results. Dr. Jones is very knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly skilled. I am super picky and Dr. Jones is a true artist, doesn't freeze you or over fill you, he knows exactly what will work with your specific features. Plus his pricing is MORE than fair, I have paid 50% higher at a well known Charlotte/Huntersville group to not even been treated by a Doctor (and subsequently poor results).
