If I can’t give this place like 100,000 stars I would. He knows how to fix a multi needle machine I was in the middle of orders could not get my orders done because I just had so many problems out of my machine. I literally dropped it off today at 10 AM right when they open I was actually there early and sat in the car until somebody open the door . I literally got a text message at 5:20 that my machine is ready for pick up. I was told that my machine will take a week they try to do these first because they’re big and bulky and they don’t have room for them. so I was thinking OK I’ll come get it next week. I can’t speak for everybody’s machine because mine was just a very easy fix . But I literally got my machine back the exact same day and that’s amazing because now I don’t have to worry about pushing my clients behind on orders. They even added extra parts for me that guy was randomly missing on my machine. done a stitch test out and made sure everything was working. My machine is running brand spanking new like out of the box again. Your machines are like a car so make sure you take care of them go drop them off at this place and he will take care of you. I was recently considering purchasing a new flat bed embroidery machine and had seen representatives from Lee’s Creative Sewing and Vacuums at an event a couple of years ago, so decided to call to ask questions about the Brother line. Barry was so incredibly helpful that I decided to visit his store - which is 3 hours from my home. Happily, I am now the proud owner of a Luminaire and cannot say enough good things about Brother and the terrific attention Barry and the staff have given me. I came to Lee’s to drop off a machine that I needed to be serviced. It was an older, second hand Husqvarna Viking and was giving me issues with the lower thread. I was quickly attended and given a 6 week lead time for when it would be completed. I got a text 2 weeks earlier than expected and picked up my machine right away. It was wonderfully serviced and purrs like a brand new machine. They even cleaned the exterior, I was pleasantly surprised. I will be taking more of my machines to be serviced here. They also had a huge selection of quilting and embroidery machines that just looked divine. Nice inventory of sewing supplies too.
