Clean Juice — Restaurant in Charlotte

Absolutely HORRIBLE service in every way possible! To start with, there is not 1 other customer in there, not busy at all no other orders, the girl that came from the back took and made my order seemed like she was on another planet. All i ordered was the avocado toast sprouted grain and said i only want lemon and salt and you don’t even have to cut the toast. Huhh, looked like what did you say, like it was a hard order. So then she’s making my order waiting for the toast in toaster, stands there in meantime grabbing onto/holding a dirty towel sitting on the counter w her gloves until it’s done. Then i see her making the toast, put olive oil on it and went for the cayenne flakes. I stopped her n said all i wanted was lemon and salt. She stood and looked for a second then says, you have to say you don’t want olive oil etc. I was like what?? Thinking it’s my fault because you didn’t type the order correctly?! When i say that any other time, the awakened know how to type the order..no olive oil etc. She types lemon salt. She kept making it cause i didn’t say make a new one, she didn’t even offer! Then gives it to me no apology, and big gray chunks avocado in it. I was like this is soo not what i ordered not my fault and said about the gloves sanitation. She made a new one. Wasn’t good but oh well. Toast cold like almost not even toasted honestly. Could barely taste any salt. For $8 a small piece of toast w 3 things on it, avo, salt lemon, and it can barely be made right. I highly suggest not going to this location. I ordered a berry bowl today and to my surprise what I got was just a little bit of acai blend toped with tons of granola and an overripe banana. I asked the employee about the berries since this is berry bowl and I was told they didn't have any because they were "seasonal". They were out of strawberries, blueberries and dry goji berries. $12 for this? seriously? The employee just put the lid quickly thinking I was going to leave without noticing. I asked to speak with the Manager and she offered to add nuts and coconut flakes? She even admitted they don't buy berries because they are more expensive now. I got the same exact bowl at the Rea Farms location 2 days ago and it came exactly as advertised. This is a misrepresentation for an overpriced bowl anyway. At no point the Manager offered a refund. This is very poor service, I will not be coming back to this location and I will make sure all my co-workers are aware of this. I can easily find berries in all supermarkets at this time so the consumer has to accept a mediocre bowl because the Manager doesn't want to buy berries? I suggest you change the name of the bowl or adjust the price accordingly. Sharing this review on social media as well....

I’m a huge fan of clean juice. I work right across the street from this location and go there often. The service is fantastic. My complaint is the quality of this locations food. Having been to other clean juice locations, this one serves mush less volume of all the things I have tried. I really want to support this location, but have been to Rea farms location to get salads and açaí bowls. The price is the same but the volume is so much better at Rea farms. I will get smoothies at stonecrest because that is measured. Although I just got one and it was blended enough and I was chewing it instead of drinking it. Disappointed again. 6/20/23 Update: I went again because time didn’t permit me to go to the Rea Farms and I’m disappointed again. The salad was half the volume it should be. Less walnuts, gogi berries, egg and avocado than you get at ANY other clean juice. Oh and NO hemp seeds. They either need to charge less or give more product. I’ve complained about this before and nothing happens, so I don’t know why I’m expecting it now. This place is right across from work or else I would not use it. Bottom line clean juice is amazing.
