I am obsessed with this little store! When you step into Lilbelle, it's like entering a whole new world of trendy. The store's got this cozy vibe that makes you feel right at home. You'll feel like you're hanging out with your coolest (and most stylish) friends while browsing the brightly colored racks.

I also love that vibe in the store is super chill too. You can take your time, explore, and try on stuff without feeling rushed. I personally hate when I feel like a store owner is following me around or pushing me to buy things, so I appreciate that the girls at Lilbelle let you do your thing first; but of course, they are always ready and willing to drop everything to help you shop and offer options immediately when asked.

And here's the best part – Lil, the owner, is an absolute sweetheart! She's like your BFF who knows everything about fashion, and she is a master at finding you the perfect outfit for any occasion — her fashion advice is on point. I promise you'll leave the store instagram-ready and feeling like a million bucks!

I initially came into Lilbelle looking to buy a dress for my cousin's wedding. I haven't been feeling my post-baby bod, so I was terrified I wouldn't be able to find a dress I felt confident in... but with Lil's help, I found the perfect dress that complimented my curves right now. I'm so thankful she encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone. No matter your style or size, Lilbelle's got your back. It's like a dream closet come to life!

EDIT: Store owner reached out directly and we were able to discuss a solution. Knowing that this is a small business I understand that certain processes and procedures need to be in place in order to keep afloat. Hope this reaches future buyers to pay attention to return policies. The store is really cute and they carry great products. Glad we could work this out and look forward to shopping here again.

Buyer beware. You only have 24 hours to return and 14 days for a store credit. After that you’ll get a “sorry my hands are tied”. I’m so disappointed I spent so much money in this store and needed to return one of the dresses that didn’t fit right. Went in 20 days after purchasing and the girl pointed to their small plaque that had a return policy on it…….. 14 days for store credit and any time after that “their hands are tied” is an absolute joke. I’ll make sure instead of having friendly conversations with employees I’ll look down for a small return policy plaques...

I had a truly awful experience at Lil Belle Boutique in South End and won’t be returning. I went in to return a shirt I bought the day before, unworn, with tags still attached, exactly per their policy. When I brought it to the counter, a rude blonde employee seemed determined to find a reason not to process my return. First, she pretended not to see the attached tag, and when I pointed it out, she grabbed the shirt, sniffed it dramatically, and loudly announced it ‘smelled like cigarettes’—completely humiliating me in front of other customers.

I don’t smoke, and it’s inappropriate and degrading to make assumptions like that. Yes, my apartment recently had smoke from a kitchen accident, but the shirt wasn’t even in the room where it happened. It’s beyond unprofessional for a store employee to treat a customer this way—condescending, smug, and frankly, rude. I’ll never shop here again and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful...
