Have been here over a dozen times. Love the selections! Because they often rotate inventory, each visit is fun. Of course, this is SUBJECTIVE with interior design. Some may prefer a different style. But this place has high quality items, and anything you don't see on the floor, their sales people or their interior design consultant staff can help you find an alternative. They have miles of catalogs at their disposal for everything you could possibly want- and an entire dedicated upholstery selection room! Also, they have a PACKED showroom, with many nooks where you can get ideas. Personally, I just buy the contents of a nook.

Read moreI have accumulated about 2 years of less than stellar experiences at this place and today I had enough... we’ve bought so much from here and endured their classist, nasty attitudes at every juncture because the pieces are honestly quite nice. However, today we tried to exchange a $65 candle in the shape of a Christmas ornament that was improperly wrapped at the store. Unfortunately, it was broken upon arrival back at our home 5 minutes away and we asked if there was anything they could do. The attitude of the person running the store today, who I believe was shockingly the OWNER, was appalling. Nope, they’re not doing anything and had zero sympathy for us about their own mistake. I get we all have bad days, but this was inexcusable. Especially since this was about the 10th time they’ve been rude or unaccommodating. Read moreAbsolutely appalled at how I was treated. I came in to exchange a candle that my boss purchased. The candle was wrapped extremely poorly in 1ft sheet of bubble wrap. To absolutely no one’s surprise, the candle cracked in pieces on the way home, not even 5 minutes into the drive. When I came in I politely told her what happened, and the owner has the audacity to be rude to be for a problem that one of her employees caused. When I told her my boss is a repeat customer, and has spent 30,000$ in her store - she looked him up , gave me a condescending look, and said “we’ll he’s only spent $17,000…” OKAY????
