Came in to get my phone diagnosed, as it was not starting up properly. Ammar was quick and efficient in figuring out the problem. For me, it was more of a hassle to get it fixed, so Ammar offered me a comparable, newer model phone. He got my number switched over to the new phone on the spot with no problems and made sure it was working properly before I left. Just switched my service to total wireless from metro PCS, and I must say, I'm impressed! I walked in to get a new phone, and walked out with that plus a phone that my neice can use.. Ms jazmine was able to let me keep my same phone number and get a brand new free phone, while also giving my old phone service at no extra cost, so now i have 2 lines for the price of 1!!
