After many years of going to haircut places in strip malls (Great Clips and the like) my wife convinced me I should try a place that specializes in men's grooming. I made an appointment with Nicole for my first visit some 8 months ago. I was warmly greeted as I entered and immediately was seated for my haircut. No waiting or calling ahead to see how busy they were. The first part of the hair care was a dry cut. I figured that would be it, as my hair is not so fussy (except for a curly patch on one side). My chair was spun around and I was asked to lay back for hair washing. A hot towel is draped across your face and the warmth is very relaxing. This was not a one minute dunk-and-drip, but a thorough cleaning, massaging of the scalp, and rinsing. When this is done, you feel like a new man. Post washing, the cut is completed with a wet cut to really shape the hair. A finish with some styling gel and you are out the door. This is a half hour that is well worth the effort and is really good if you do anything in life that is stressful.

I have been back every 6 weeks since that first trip and the treatment is always top notch. I feel that they value my business. I won't ever go back to hair cut...

My fiancé went here for an active duty military haircut and received the worst haircut he has ever had in his life while spending $36 dollars. He told the hair dresser his regular haircut and without confirmation she practically shaved his side bald with no fade or anything. He looks like got in a Time Machine and is about to go to war back in 1955. Don't offer military haircuts if you don't know how to do them and don't give services if you don't listen to your clients requests and just do whatever the hell you want because you have no training or skill. Just do yourself a favor and go to great clips. We have gone there for years and never had this issue getting a simple military cut until we went to this "professional" men's haircut shop.

Should not have paid for this and the hairdresser could obviously tell we were more than displeased with the service. Will...

I took my son to get his haircut here recently and he was almost in tears when the left. We have been looking for a new place since his last stylist moved. We went to the location in Ballantyne and loved it but this location was closer to our house. We made a reservation online which was very user friendly and quick on both desktop and mobile. When we were checked in it was a simple and quick process.

My son was taken back to the stylist about 10 minutes after our reservation time (don't get me started on this...). We showed the stylist a picture of what he wanted and she got to work. What he received and what was pictured were two entirely different haircuts.

The stylist did offer to correct it however that would have meant cutting more off an already shorter than...
