We came here after playing some games at Pin's Mechanical. When we ordered the person who checked us out, let us know that it would be 40mins wait for our pizza. We were a little shocked at first, and then the guy in the orange hat made a comment that it's Friday and everywhere is busy. Which, he's right, but not something you should really say to a customer... We sat down at the booth near the register and hung out. No big deal. We noticed that there was a crew shift. That our original guy left and that the guy in the orange hat was now calling out people's orders in waves. He also was non-stop talking and telling stories while his coworkers were busting pizza out. He was really loid and obnoxious. We could hear him over our own tables conversation. As we sat there patiently waiting, we kept hearing other orders called. After more than 40mins we finally went up and asked about our order. Our pizza (a full pie) had been sitting on top of the oven. The person who handed us our pizza said I'm so sorry. Our pizza was cold. We didn't get offered for it to be re-heated. And by the point we were so hungry and annoyed we decided to eat it cold. I'm suuuuuuuper disappointed in this experience. The pizza was just okay. I'm sure it taste better when hot out the oven. I won't be returning to this location any time soon.

Please train your staff to properly handle online orders. I placed an order for two 14” cheese pizzas and arrived around 9:50 PM on 4/13/25. The man behind the counter didn’t greet me, just asked “what can I get you?” I told him I was picking up an online order, gave my name, and he claimed nothing was there. I showed him my phone with confirmation and updates, and he said he didn’t know how that system worked—said he’d never seen it before. Instead of asking for help, he kept acting like the order didn’t exist. After spelling out my name clearly (Issa), he finally found the pizzas sitting right behind him on top of the oven the entire time. This was my first time visiting, and I won’t be back. If your staff doesn’t know how to work with online orders, at least train them to ask someone who does. Customer service matters. (I’ll be posting a photo of the pizza too—but honestly, I didn’t even feel like tasting it after that experience.)

This has to be one of the worst pizzas I've yet to have. I ordered a large pie, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 mushrrom at a price of $40 and change. 36" is the only size they sell. Alternatively, 7+ dollars per slice. I ordered a large pie to get a fresh pizza tasted as the slices were sitting out. Sadly, the pizza lacked a quality ingredients taste and feel. The cheese has no stretch and felt dry,, the pie itself had very little sauce, which also attributed to its dry feel. The dough was cooked and browned on the bottom. However, it lacked crunch, it had more of a moist doughy texture/feel. Overall, mediocre pizza compared to an authentic Italian pizzeria, I would compare it to frozen supermarket pizza, perhaps one step up because if it is colossal size First and last time visit.

Benny Ferovia’s Pizza is hands down the best pizza place in town! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the warm, welcoming aroma of freshly baked pizza and a friendly smile from the staff. The atmosphere is eclectic and chill, with unique decor and a vibrant vibe that makes it the perfect spot for a family dinner or a casual night out with friends.

The menu is simple yet outstanding, featuring a variety of classic pizzas and delicious monthly specials that keep things exciting. Whether you're a fan of the timeless pepperoni or eager to try something new like their latest monthly creation, each pizza is crafted to perfection with the freshest ingredients.

We tried the Benny’s Special and were blown away by the perfect balance of flavors. The crust was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and topped with the most delicious combination of meats, veggies, and cheeses. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and put a lot of love into their food.

The service was exceptional, too. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. Despite the place being busy, our order came out quickly and piping hot.

What truly sets Benny Ferovia’s Pizza apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They go above and beyond to ensure every diner leaves happy and full. I’ve already recommended this place to all my friends and family, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

If you’re in the area and craving some amazing pizza, do yourself a favor and head to Benny Ferovia’s Pizza. You won’t be...

Terrible service and atmosphere the moment we walked in because of an employee. We walked into Benny’s on 6/22 in the afternoon. It was past lunch time and no one was ordering or eating inside. There was an employee going through the drink fridge when we walked in. We said hi and he didn’t look at us, walked into the side room, went to the register, and stared at it not saying a word. As we waited to see if he’s taking our order he just shook his head while staring at the register for about a minute. He eventually asks in a low voice what we wanted. We ordered, he told us the total, and just walked away to heat up our slices. This whole time he still hasn’t looked at us.

Once we got our food and dined inside the employee just stared at the drink fridge most of the time while we ate. As we’re eating someone comes in and says they ordered online. A woman who has been working the back realized no one ever got their order and started preparing it. The man staring at the drinks mumbles something along the lines of “Another slice?” to his coworker as if he was annoyed people were ordering slices at a pizza joint. She didn’t say anything and kept working. During that encounter he either stood in the closet where the drinks are stored or was staring at the drink fridge people could grab from.

Overall the whole time we were there he just showed he didn’t want to be there and seemed annoyed that people were ordering food. It was a very unwelcoming experience which now makes me think twice about going, especially...
