UPDATE3: I want to thank Blair for providing a reservice but I will not be coming back to this location even with another free reservice. The overall ambience make it appear you’re getting a premium haircut experience. However, the actual skill level is not on par for the price you pay. The quality of haircut you receive for what you pay for is no different than Great Clips quality of work. Their customer service though has been outstanding when they reached out to me after my initial complaint. Unfortunately exceptional customer service does not justify their pricing and quality of work and I will not be returning.
UPDATE: My hair cut was worse than I thought and can confirm do not book this place. I couldn’t really see it because the stylist held the mirror and I didn’t have my glasses on. Photos of before the cut, how I wanted my hair to look like, and what I got (marked the error in red).
Old post: Took me a while to debate whether I wanted to give a rating as I usually don’t care but this time I really don’t like the haircut I got. Did not get the haircut I wanted despite showing my stylist Deja a photo. I asked to get my sides and back cut shorter and tapered as my girlfriend liked the length I had and showed her several photos of how I wanted it to look like. She didn’t seem to understand what I was going for and just shaved off my side and back. I ended up having to getting a military cut. Will try to see if I can give them a second chance but for the price I’m paying it doesn’t seem justified. Will see when my hair grows back but I really didn’t appreciate how she answered when I said I wanted my back tapered and she gave me a totally different answer on what a taper is. Read moreMy son has been going to this salon for a few years. I intentionally made an appointment with his favorite stylist 3 weeks before we were leaving town for a wedding. When I made the appointment, I was the first one to schedule (the stylist had every slot available). Working around his football and school schedule we were confirmed for 4:30. The morning of said appt I received a text saying that his appointment was now 4:45. When I called to complain (because he would be late to football) and voicing the importance of this appointment with flying the next morning for the wedding, they made no attempt to help. They refused to help and the only alternative they gave was a 2:45 with a different stylist (he's still in school at 2:45). Even though I was the first to secure an appointment and the significance of the wedding, this salon bumped my son and made no attempts to help. They kept saying it was a scheduling error. When I asked to speak with the manager the receptionist, Haley, said she could give me her email. On the day of the appointment and with no alternative, this was her only offer. I'm so disappointed. Having been a long time customer and having used their system as it was meant to be used, they have left us scrambling to find an alternative the day before we fly. I booked a slot for Deluxe Men's Haircut which includes haircut, neck shave, scalp massage, steam towel, shampoo, neck & shoulder massage price is $42. Here was the thing I received only hair cut I didn’t receive any other service like neck shave, scalp massage, steam towel, neck & shoulder massage, and shampoo but they charged me the full price of $42. My haircut was un even so I asked her to fix it she simply replied with "I don't have time". I left this salon with a headache from the stress i had there. Worst hair cut I've ever had - please it's an insult to charge what they did for the service received. The staff are unfriendly and an awful atmosphere. I would never return to this salon even if they offered me a free hair cut. When i tried to complain the owner just just dismissed me! Would definitely not recommend! They are desperate for customers and I see why.
